Cancellations

Booking slots are offered in good faith and are limited to one bike per slot booked.  Each slot assumes a half hour travelling time to the next appointment.  Overruns may occur for unexpected repairs and we will endeavour to keep people up to date should issues arise.  Cancellations by customers with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a minimum labour fee of £20 per slot cancelled.  Thank you.
